Last year, we took the trophy. This year, we’re prepared to defend it.
Praxis is a team of Minneapolis-based interactive designers and software developers. Interactive technology is our craft, and we put that to practice by producing smart, results-oriented user experiences.
Ongoing Support
Shortly after the event, your Praxis team contact will connect with you regarding the launch of your new web site. You’ll have a chance to make any final adjustments or copy changes and we’ll work with your chosen hosting provider to deploy the site and transition any DNS records to the new environment, if needed.
We’ll also be available for ongoing service and support for 1 year, free of charge. This support includes any bug fixes or necessary software platform updates, resolution of hosting issues, training and site administration assistance for our primary client-side technical contact, and minor functionality or style (font/photography/etc.) adjustments.
Major software functionality additions or design work, as well as any ongoing support needs after the 1 year commitment will be provided at a reduced nonprofit rate by the Praxis team members.
